How long can natural yoghurt and crab sticks be left out of the fridge?

I'm defrosting my fridge freezer and it's taking longer than I thought. My yoghurt and crab sticks have now been out of the fridge for about 4 hours and it could take 2 or 3 more. Will need to throw them away or will they still be edible?xx
