My diet and exercise plan for quick weight loss. Is it realistic?

Sounds okay but what kindof cereal? NO pasta LOL. what kindof yogurt? you really need to just eat less which you are and move more which you are... just try to lay low on carbs and eat more vegtables and protein... keep fruits in the morning mid afternoon if you really want fast results.. and keep dinner LEAN AND GREEN which i mean by grilled chicken or fish with green veggies. Instead of cereal eat oatmeal with cinn.. it doesnt have to be plain go to kroger and get ACTIVE LIFESTYLE it is still healthy but sweeter with different stuff in it.
