Were there Rapturists & Millennialists around during World War II? If so, what did they make of the Holocaust?

They were around. My husband's grandmother spoke of it. People thought Hitler was the Antichrist, especially since he was from Europe. People have believed they were living in the end times since Jesus died on the cross.
