Don't stress about it... I had an eating disorder too.... and when I was recovering I was grazing a lot on small little things throughout the day.... over time, it did cause me to put on about 10 pounds. So don't fall into this trap. I think you should try to eat your 3 square meals a day. I would def. throw more veggies into your diet and drink tons of water! Stay busy girl! It makes things so much easier. I'm glad to hear you're recovering! Stay strong! :)
