Cats And Dairy Products? HELP!?

Hi, My nana has just bought 2 Siamese kittens Anna & Saskia :) They are the most wonderful kittens ever! But as I was eating yoghurt this morning. I realised anna sniffing the pot so I got some yoghurt and let her lick it of my finger! She loves yoghurt and cheese,I gave her cheddar her sister likes it too. And my cat back at home enjoys having a few bits of cheese and yoghurt once in a while. But is cheese and yoghurt ok to give to a 3 month old kitten?
