Whey protein and working out?

You take 1 serving (24grams) or 1 scoop each day. You can blend it with anything you like. I personally like to put ice, Whey protein shake(1 scoop), a little bit of milk, some bananas, and strawberries. You can take it before workout or after, doesn't really matter. Don't take too much because it can damage your liver.
