How to be a lot healthier?
eat raw fruits and veggies today with water and lemon to cleanse that poop out your system. Tomorrow eat well balanced. big breakfast nice size lunch and small dinner. Cut soda and junk food out of your everyday eating habits and make it a treat every so often (i would say once a week eat a portion size so you don't start craving it and end up eating a whole back of chips or cookies etc.) eat healthy things that you enjoy. Use natural sweeteners enhance things such as honey or agave nectar. use sea salt instead of table salt and drink plenty of water. Also, get active for 1 hr a day!
